The record is in a EX+ condition, very bright and clean and still with a high gloss. The 'A' Demo white labels are in NM- condition and are bright and clean and without any written. Housed in a company Chess sleeve.

Charlie Rich - Mohair Sam/ I Washed My Hands In Muddy Waters [Philips Records BF 1432] 1965 Mono, demo copy. Original first pressing and release of this classic Northern Soul killer. The record is in a very good VG+ a few light marks and scuffs but both sides play excellent with no skips or jumps. The labels are in a bright and clean condition and are graded as EX+, with the A side have a the 'Sample' demo stamp on it. Housed in a green/white Philips company sleeve.

Adam Wade - Rain From The Skies/ Don't Let Me Cross Over, 1963 UK pressed 7" single, [Columbia Records DB 4986]. The record is in a good EX+ condition, it is still bright and clean with a good gloss, no skips or jumps, play back is very good. The labels are in a EX+ condition, but does have a Tax 'KT' stamp on the 'A' side, housed in a Columbia company sleeve. Please note that 'Rain From The Skies' is actually the 'B' side, which is what made it a Northern Soul classic.

Timi Yuro - It'll Never Be Over For Me/ As Long As There Is You, 1969 UK pressed 7" single, [Liberty Records LBF 15182]. The record is in a very good EX condition, it is still bright and clean with a good gloss, does have one or two  very light marks which do not effect the play, no skips or jumps, play back is very good. The two tone blue Liberty labels are in a Good condition, the labels have a fair amount of writting on them [see images] but no tears on them, housed in a Liberty company sleeve, a very rare Northern Soul/ Mod classic single. 'It'll Never Be Over For Me' was originally the 'B' side and issued in the UK as a 7" single but not in the US, hence it's rarity as a 7" single.
