Apple Artists EP - 4 track EP from The Beatles' Apple Label, given away with Walls Ice Gream tokens. The artists included, The Iveys [Badfinger], Storm In A Teacup/ James Taylor, Something's Wrong/ Jackie Lomax, Little Yellow Pill/ Mary Hopkin, Pebble And The Man, from 1969, Apple records 7" EP, Apple CT1, dark green label. The record is in EX+ condition, having been played just   a couple of times, still clean and bright and with a full gloss, the labels are again in EX+ condition, very clean and bright with no writing or tears. Housed in a picture sleeve, which again is in EX- condition, a little wear on the opening edges, and the cream coloured reverse side is showing a little aging. A rare Apple record, especially with the picture sleeve.

The record is in a good VG+ condition, it is still bright and clean with a good gloss, no skips or jumps, a couple of very light marks, play back is very good. The Decca labels are in a EX condition, housed in a Decca company sleeve.

Original UK press, Blue vinyl, gatefold sleeve, double LP set with inner sleeves. Both the records are in EX+ condition, being played only a few times, both the blue coloured vinyls are very clean and bright with a full gloss with just one or two very light marks, the labels are in NM condition and being very clean. The inner sleeves are again in NM- condition, as is the gatefold sleeve is also in EX+ condition with no rips or writting, a very nice copy.

The Beatles - Abbey Road, original 1969 release, [Apple Records PCS 7088] Stereo, c/w Apple white inner sleeve, misaligned Apple logo on rear sleeve & without 'Her Majesty' credit on label. The laminated sleeve is in EX+ condition, with a good strong spine, and just a little wear on the opening, the white Apple inner sleeve is very crisp and clean and in EX+ condition, the record is in a very good EX- with just a couple of light surface marks. The labels are in EX+ condition, with no rips or writing though out.

The record is a good VG+ condition, with a few light marks but still very glossy and bright, this copy does have its original centre. It also comes c/w its original company Polydor orange sleeve, and this has the words 'ain't she sweet, Beatles' written on it.

[The Beatles], John Lennon & Yoko Ono, Two Virgins Unfinished Music No. 1 [Apple Records Sapcor 2/ Track Records 613012] Original 1968 Stereo UK Apple album release, via Track Records. This was John & Yoko first solo release, and very rare Apple release, the record is in EX condition, no major marks, does have a few light scuffs, mainly due to being taking in and out of the inner sleeve, has lost a little of it's vinyl shine. The labels are in EX+ condition, very clean and unmarked, comes with it's original black inner Apple sleeve, which again is in EX+ condition, a little creased but no splits. The sleeve is in a VG+ condition, does have ring wear front and back, and a little grubby. Creased and worn a little on the edges and corners, and also the lamiate has started to lift a little on the reverse side. All this said, it is all complete and still a very good example of a very rare Lennon/ Apple album.

The flexi record is also in NM+ condition, as is the label, but does have a very small 'glue' mark on the label. No rips/tears or writing or creases, c/w the original mailer, dated 24 Dec 1963. The record is in a good VG condition, with a few light marks, plays very well with no skips or jumps. The labels are in EX condition and like the record very clean and bright. The sleeve is in a VG+ condition, having some wear around the edges, especially on the corners, no lyric insert.

Ross Hannaman - 1969/ Probably On Thursday, [Columbia Records DB 8288], 1967 UK Demo 'A' Label with very rare promo picture sleeve. This very rare 7" single is a green with white 'A' demo label version with the very rare promo picture sleeve, the vinyl is in NM- condition, full gloss and bright, as are the labels and also the picture sleeve. The sleeve has a numbered sticker on it [7587] as does the A label, [same number], a factory sticker of some kind. Release date of 27/10/67, this is a great Psyche single, with both sides being written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, with arrangments and conduted by Tony Meehan.

King Crimson - In The Wake Of Poseidon. Original UK pressing,  Island Records [ILPS 9127] Stereo 1969 - rare first UK pressing white 'i' on pink Island  logo label. The record is in a good EX+  condition. Very clean and bright and has a good gloss to the playing surface, just a few light surface marks. The lightly textured  labels are in NM- condition, clean and bright, pink in colour with the white 'i' Island logo. The textured gatefold sleeve is also in a good EX-   condition, clean and bright, with no rips or writing, just showing a  some wear on the corners and  edges The inner stickered sleeve that forms the gatefold sleeve has been struck on upside down, hence the wrong way round, rare first press only sleeve. The is a first pressing, due to the light textured label and white 'i' logo on pink label and A1/B1 matrix numbers and E.J. Day sleeve and the incorrect upside down inner part of the gatefold sleeve.

The record is in a EX- condition, bright and clean, with just a few very light marks, the white labels with the large black 'A' demo logo are in EX- condition, again bright and clean, although they look a little aged, the 'A' side does have a name written on the label, in small writing in pen. Housed in a Piccadilly company sleeve.

John Lennon & Yoko Ono - Unfinished Music #2, Life With The Lions, Zapple Records 01, released via Apple in 1969, comes with very rare insert and inner sleeve. The record is in EX+ condition, with just a few light paper scuffs, very little play, but still very bright. The labels are both in NM condition and very bright and clean. The sleeve is again in very good EX+, clean bright front sleeve, slight creases on the corners on the reverse, a little wear on one or two corners and a small tear to the reverse middle opening, but nothing too major. The rare inner sleeve is very clean, but has worn a little on one side, and the very rare insert is fresh and clean and is in a NM- condition.

John & Yoko's The second avant-garde experimental outing and the first release on the ZAPPLE label sold less than 5,000 copies on release in May 1969.

Side 1 is a live recording from 2nd March 1969 at 'Lady Mitchell Hall' in Cambridge featuring John on guitar and Yoko on vocals. The Rolling Stones - Get Off Of My Cloud/ The Singer Not The Song, original 1965 UK 'A Label' Demo/Not For Sale issued 7" single, [Decca Records F.12263]. Release date which is stamped in the centre reads, 28-Oct-1965, there is also a 'number 3' stamped on the dark blue label just beneath the publishing date, both stamp marks are in black ink. The record is in NM- condition, and is still very bright and clean with a high gloss. The dark blue labels are also in a EX+ condition, with the large silver 'A' on the label, the A side label has the word 'webb' written in the centre in blue pen, but very hard to see it, there is no other writting or tears on the labels, housed in a Decca company sleeve. A very rare issue and a must for all Stones collectors, these demos, especially this track, do not come on to the open market very offen.

The Pleasure Garden - Permissive Paradise, The Pleasure Garden were in fact The Iveys, later known as Badfinger, the Beatles Apple label artists, very rare fuzz/ freakbeat recording. very rare flexi disc from 1968 on the Sound For Industry Label, SFI 31H/32H. The record is in a great NM condition, with maybe not being played, clean, bright and a full gloss. The labels are again in a good NM condition, clean and bright, but does have the remains of a sticker on side 1. Housed in it's original picture sleeve, which again is in a good NM condition, both sides are clean and bright with no rips or creasing. A very rare fuzz/ freakbeat track.

The PLEASURE  GARDEN where infact The Iveys who later became Badfinger. The track is an amazing psych/ fuzz/ freakbeat tune that ´s only issued on this rare flexi disc. The other side is by DJ's Rosko and Jonathan King, the legendary radio guys and recording artists.

This was a free promotional flexi disc put out to promote the Young London “Permissive Paradise book of late 60s swinging London featuring photos by Frank Habicht. Side A is fun listen “with old codgers giving their impromptu insight on youth culture with star appearances from Jonathan King and Emperor Rosko.

The B side is a really good fuzzy psych track and it has only recently become clear that The Pleasure Garden was in fact The Iveys moonlighting for the sake of a session fee. The song is not an undiscovered Pete Ham gem, but was written by Jeremy Cox and John Sidey

The record is in a good VG+ condition, having been played a few times, clean, bright and plays very well, but does get 'stuck' on the track three, side two, The Downliners Sect track, and does have a couple of light marks. The labels are again in a good VG+ condition, clean and bright, but with a little wear and rubbing on side 2. Housed in it's original picture sleeve, which again is in a good VG+ condition, the front is clean but showing a little corner wear and a couple of creases, and the reverse side is quite clean, although showing a little dirt on the flip overs. All in all not a bad example of this rare and very collectable British EP, but it does get stuck on one track.

Adam Wade - Rain From The Skies/ Don't Let Me Cross Over, 1963 UK pressed 7" single, [Columbia Records DB 4986]. The record is in a good EX+ condition, it is still bright and clean with a good gloss, no skips or jumps, play back is very good. The labels are in a EX+ condition, but does have a Tax 'KT' stamp on the 'A' side, housed in a Columbia company sleeve. Please note that 'Rain From The Skies' is actually the 'B' side, which is what made it a Northern Soul classic.

The labels on both sides are the same, being the B side label, housed in a plain card sleeve. The record was withdrawn just after the first batch was presses, so a rare Who 7" single and with the two B side labels makes it even more interesting.

The Yardbirds - Live Yardbirds featuring Jimmy Page, rare original US Epic Records [E 30615] stereo copy. Stunning copy, the record is in NM condition, full gloss and very bright and clean, the labels are also in NM condition, being very clean and bright. The US sleeve is in a very good EX condition, being very bright and clean, although having a little ring wear on the front and on the reverse side, the sleeve has been drilled, bottom left hand side, for import tax, the hard card sleeve has not split like most US sleeve do, a stunning copy, and very rare to find, especially in this condition. The record had a very short lived shelf life, and will not be re-released on vinyl or CD, as Jimmy page now owes the copy right to this album, and insists that it will not be re-released in any format.

The Yardbirds - Over, Under, Sideways, Down EP, very rare EP from 1966 on the Columbia Label, SEG 8521, blue/ black Columbia label. The record is in a good VG+ condition, having been played a few times, very clean, bright and plays very well with no jumps or skips, and hardly any background noise, but does have a couple of light marks. The labels are again in a good VG+ condition, clean and bright, but with a small red round ink mark on both sides. Housed in it's original picture sleeve, which again is in VG+ condition, the front is clean but showing some edge and corner wear, and the reverse side is a little grubby and showing aging plus has the name 'robo' written on the top. All in all not a bad example of this rare and very collectable British EP.
